Barrandov’s Diet

As a matter of fact,  it is a low-calorie diet. The main peculiarity of this diet is its balance. Many people, who have gone on this diet, are very happy. After this diet the weight does not come back. The choice of products is various and this is not a starvation diet. The given diet lasts for 2-3 weeks and, as a result, you may lose up to 10 kilos! You can drink non-caloric water in unlimited quantities. The main thing is to hold on, a diet is long enough and not very various.

Breakfast is the same, and every day - coffee or tea without sugar or with non-calorie sweets + 2 cookies or a slice of cheese.

Monday
Dinner - 1 glass of milk, 2 oranges or 1 apple;
Supper – 125 grams of low-fat cottage cheese, 1 egg, 2 cucumbers.

Tuesday
Dinner – 1/4 chicken, 2 cucumbers;
Supper – 125 grams of low-fat cottage cheese, 0,5 liters of milk.

Wednesday
Dinner – 100 grams of cheese, 1 orange or 1 apple;
Supper – 200 grams of salad, 2 eggs.

Thursday
Dinner - 1/4 chicken, 2 cucumbers;
Supper – 200 grams of salad, 1 egg, 50 grams of boiled sausage without fat.

Friday
Dinner – 125 grams of cottage cheese, 1 orange or 1 apple;
Supper – 100 grams of sausage, 1 egg, 1 bunch of radish or 1 tomato.

Saturday
Dinner – 1 glass of milk, 2 apples or 2 oranges;
Supper – 125 grams of cottage cheese, 1 glass of milk.

Sunday
Dinner - 100 grams of sausage, 1 cucumber;
Supper - 100 grams of cheese, 1 bunch of radish.
