How to Prepare Buckwheat Porridge with Champignons
Buckwheat cooking: thoroughly wash 1 glass ungrounded buckwheat, fill in with water and cook for 15 minutes. Wash champignons, cut into pieces and fry with chopped onions on vegetable oil. Peel tomatoes and add them to the almost fired champignons. You may add even tomato juice. Put buckwheat porridge onto a plate, then put mushrooms with onions and tomatoes on top.
