“Easy” diet or losing 5 kg

The fact that unites the majority of diets is such that diet maintenance is quite difficult. Many people give up dieting and don’t reach to its end because of hunger feeling, bad mood, absence of pleasant delicious senses etc. For this reason there has been invented the diet named the “easy” diet.

Of course, it will not result in losing five kg for five days, but will help to grow thin slowly. The “easy” diet is intended for a month; however its program consists of four «food phases» which, within thirty days, alternate one another. Each phase takes two days. You should not change their alternation.

The first phase: cereal, meat and fruit. During two days you should eat only cereals, meat, except pork, and fruits, except bananas. You can eat any kind of cereal, cooked on milk or on water, but you should not salt it. During a day you should consume no more than 150 grams of cereals, 500 grams of meat, no more than half kg fruits.

The second phase: bread, poultry, vegetables. During the next two days you can eat any kind of poultry, bread (the black one is more preferable), and vegetables, except potatoes. You should consume no more than 200 grams of bread a day, no more than 500 grams of poultry, the quantity of vegetables is the same – 500 grams. Vegetables can be cooked or stewed, but also you may eat them raw – in the form of salads. For salad seasoning you may use lemon juice and natural olive oil – no more than 1 tsp a day.

The third phase: potato and dairy products. During a day you may consume 500 grams of any kind of potatoes, except fried and 300 grams of milk or dairy products, including cheese. Salt is forbidden. To your meal you may add spring onion or garlic.

The fourth phase: fish and vegetables. Vegetables may be of any kind, except potatoes, fish of any kind, except fried and smoked. You should eat near 400 grams of fish and 400 grams of vegetables for a day. You may also prepare vegetable salads and season them as and in the second phase. And also you may eat only 200 grams of vegetables, but add to them 200 grams of fruits.

According to these phases you should eat during 30, or even more precisely, 28 days. Every day you might eat something sweet – but this delicacy should contain no more than 200 calories. Salt and sugar are forbidden, but it is possible to use honey, and to wash down meal with natural juice or tea. And do not forget about physical exercises! You must dedicate at least a quarter of hour a day to them, and make half-hour walk daily.

This diet will help you lose nearly 5 kg for a month. This diet is good for adult healthy people, except pregnant women and nursing mothers. Before going on the “Easy” diet, consult the dietician, and check if you have an individual intolerance to any of the products above.
