Fish Diet
Fish is the extremely useful product that possesses many dietary properties.
The fish-based diet is considered to be one of the safest and most useful to our health.
Duration of this diet is 10 days; during this period you may lose up to 5 kg. But you should eat food four times a day.
NOTE: every day drink a glass of boiled or still water on an empty stomach. During a day drink no less than one and a half liter of water.
Breakfast: a cup of green tea, 1-2 eggs, 1-2 glasses of yoghurt or a portion of low-fat cottage cheese, 1 tablet of vitamin C.
Lunch: a glass of water, a portion of fish with boiled vegetables, salad from fresh vegetables. Add just little salt. Use pepper, garlic, onions, seasonings and spices.
Dinner: 2 glasses of water, 250 grams of baked or boiled low-fat fish or a portion of seafood, green salad, fresh or boiled vegetables seasoned with low-fat yoghurt or lemon juice, 1-2 yoghurts or a portion of fatless cottage cheese.
Supper: the same as for dinner, but little more various. Constantly alternate different kinds of fish and seafood, baked or steamed dishes. Have supper no later than at 6 p.m.
Before bedtime: a cup of herbal tea that helps remove toxins and lose weight.

Have you ever considered adding more videos to your blog posts to keep the readers more entertained? I mean I just read through the entire article of yours and it was quite good but since I’m more of a visual learner,I found that to be more helpful well let me know how it turns out!
