Oriental Diet

Among numerous diets for losing weight the most adapted for European and American people is so-called “Oriental Diet” that lasts for 10 days. During this diet you may drink in unlimited quantities, and after strict regulations you may lose up to 5 kg. This diet is not so harmful to your organism, so you may repeat it after 3-4 months. And be sure – Oriental way of eating is useful and nutritious. So, let’s do it!
Keeping on any diet for losing weight it is necessary to remember the necessity of consumption of enough protein which shortage depressingly effects all functions of an organism and also worsens your mood. In a day it is required to consume not less than 250 – 300 grams of protein food.
Menu
8 am – a cup of coffee or tea without sugar;
11 am – hard-boiled egg and 8 pieces of dried prunes or fresh plums;
2 pm – 200 grams boiled fast meat and 100 grams of vegetable garnish (cabbage and carrots), an apple or orange;
5 pm – 30 grams cheese, an orange or an apple;
8 pm – 1 glass of kefir.
You may also replace eggs with brown rice and drink a lot of still water, but no later than 6 pm!
