Rice Diet
Duration of this diet varies from three days to two weeks. Raw rice, which is necessary to eat during a diet, promotes clearing of the organism, normalization of work of a gastrointestinal tract and losing weight. The diet assumes only crude rice, vegetables and fruits, and also moderate doses of green tea, herbal potions and unlimited quantity of mineral or boiled water which you should drink between food intakes.
Day 1
Breakfast: an apple, a portion of rice with lemon rind and several drops of lemon juice, green tea or herbal potion.
Dinner: vegetable broth, salad from vegetables, rice with 1 tsp of fruit vinegar + 1 tsp olive oil.
Supper: vegetable broth, rice with carrots and steamed vegetable marrows.
Day 2
Breakfast: 1 orange, rice with orange rind and 1 tsp sour cream.
Dinner: vegetable broth with boiled vegetables, 1 portion of rice.
Supper: the same as dinner.
Day 3
Breakfast: a pear, rice with cinnamon.
Dinner: vegetable broth, salad of cucumbers with vinegar and olive oil, rice with mushrooms fried on olive oil.
Supper: vegetable broth, rice with steamed broccoli.
Day 4
Breakfast: fruit salad with 1-2 tbsp of rice flakes, a portion of rice with milk or cream.
Dinner: vegetable broth, garden radish with leaves of green salad, rice with steamed carrots.
Supper: vegetable broth, rice with parsley and pinch of sunflower seeds.
Day 5
Breakfast: rice with grapes or raisin and 1 tsp of grated almonds.
Dinner: vegetable broth, steamed rice with vegetables and greenery, seasoned with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Supper: vegetable broth, a portion of rice with 1 tbsp of ground walnuts, 2 tbsp of green onions and 2 tbsp of grated root of a celery or parsley and steamed spinach.
Day 6
Breakfast: rice with two dates, 4 walnuts, 1-2 berries of a fig and 1 pear.
Dinner: vegetable broth, rice with fresh cucumbers and sweet pepper, mint and 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Supper: vegetable broth, a portion of rice with 1-2 chopped apples, 1tbsp of creams or sour cream and 1/2 tsp of honey.
Day 7
Breakfast: a portion of rice with chopped apple and a pear, several drops of a lemon and 1 tsp of honey, 1/2 portion of yoghurt.
Dinner: vegetable broth, a portion of green salad, rice with tomatoes and steamed green string beans.
Supper: vegetable broth, a portion of rice with steamed vegetable marrows, seasoned with 1tsp of unrefined olive oil + basil and several olives.
