Seducing Belly

Everyone wants to look sexy and tempting…And it doesn’t refer only to women! Nowadays men tend to look more carefully after themselves and they also need some tips of how to lose belly fat. So, here are some diet tips for you.
1. First of all, you must have strong intention and determination to go through all the steps and reach a desirable result.
2. Second, you must picture your flat belly in your mind and this will help you see your goal clearly.
3. And finally, the right diet and some exercises are the basis to reach your goal.
The purpose of this diet is to make your belly flat and sexy. It must look equally flat – when you stand or lie on a back. Exclude salt and reduce consumption of products that make your belly grow: white bread, biscuits, cakes, sweets. Try to eat little but often. Your diet must include enough oranges, lemon juice, watercress. Drink less coffee, but more water.
Menu.
Breakfasts (choose one of offered variants):
- A glass of the dietary yoghurt, one orange;
- One soft-boiled egg, two crispbread slices.
Dinner: 250 grams hen or 250 grams fish, big portion of mixed vegetable salad.
Supper: 150 grams grilled beefsteak, 75 grams boiled string bean, 1 orange.
Snacks: 1 bar of chocolate; a plate of meatless soup.
Exercises.
Sit on a chair with your back straight, knees put together, feet pressed to floor. Stretch arms out, lower your chin, breathe out, strain belly muscles to the limit and slowly bend to the floor. Breathe in, breathe out and come back to the starting position. Repeat this exercise 5 times and do it 10-15 times a day. And after 2 weeks results will not take long time to appear!
