A Pineapple a Day Makes Your Weight Fly Away!

pineapple is a fruit that contains a proteolytic enzyme bromelain, which breaks down protein. Pineapple juice can thus be used as a marinade and tenderizer for meat.  This fruit is a constant guest of different diets intended to lose weight.

Pineapple is a good source of manganese , as well as containing significant amounts of Vitamin C andVitamin B1.

A pineapple diet is for well-to-do people as this fruit is quite expensive to buy. But the fact is that pineapple contains enzymes – a complex of conjugated proteins that act as catalysts in fat biochemical reactions. All you need to do is to take 2 kgs of pineapples and 1 litre of non-sugar pineapple juice. Chop a pineapple and divide into 4 portions – for breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper. Drink pineapple juice during a day. Make 2 fasting days a week for yourself.

Such diet may seem rather hunger, but you are allowed to eat 100 grams low-fat cottage cheese, 100 grams lenten meat, a little of rye bread. You lose 2 kgs in 2 days! And all this – with no harm to your health.
