1-2 day:
2 cups of milk and 2 cups of tomato juice.

3-4 day:
Breakfast: a thin slice of black bread with a thin butter layer, 1 tsp honey;
Dinner: 100 grams of boiled hen (for the other day it can be replaced with low-fat boiled fish);
Supper: 2 boiled eggs.

5-6 day:
Breakfast: 2 apples or 2 oranges;
Dinner: vegetable salad (without a potato, mayonnaise or sour cream);
Supper: any fruit, except bananas
