Weight Loss in Days off

Do you know, when women get superfluous fat? According to the French dietitians – during days off. Why? Because during weekend we spend most of the time in the kitchen and we can not keep ourselves from temptation to have a bite. The offered low-calorie diet (no more than 1300 kcal a day), developed specially for the days off, will help you to cope with this problem.  To satisfy the hunger, you can have some figure-harmless bites between the main food intakes.  During the weekend it is very simple to keep on a diet, since you are at home and may choose all the necessary products you need.  But if you want to eat,  going for a walk is a saving way.
Keep on this diet for 4 weekends and you will lose 3-4 excess kilos from your belly, waist and hips.

3 pluses of the diet:
1. It has nothing to do with the starvation diets. The main principle of the day off diet is minimum of fats, the limited quantity of carbohydrates, separate food intake made of various low-calorie, but rich in all necessary vitamins and minerals products.
